Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Aironox. This policy explains how returns, cancellations, faulty item claims and exchanges work, the timeframes that apply and the conditions required for eligibility.
- Return and Cancellation Policy
1.1 Return Eligibility
- You have14 days from the date of deliveryto request a return.
• The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
• Used items or items without original packaging cannot be accepted.
• Returns must be approved by Aironox before being shipped back. Returns sent without approval cannot be processed.
1.2 Cancellation of Unshipped Orders
- Orders cancelled within the first24 hoursqualify for a full refund.
• If cancelled after 24 hours but before dispatch, a 10 percent cancellation or restocking fee applies.
• Once an order has been dispatched, shipping costs become non refundable.
1.3 Returns After 14 Days
- Returns requested after the 14 day period cannot be accepted unless the product is confirmed faulty through our verification process.
1.4 Non Faulty Returns (Change of Mind)
- A30 percent restocking feeapplies to all non faulty returns.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• A return label is not provided by Aironox.
• Shipping fees paid at checkout are non refundable.
1.5 Exchanges
1.5 Exchanges
- Aironox does not offer direct exchanges.
• The quickest way to receive a different product is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is approved.
• Replacements issued for faulty, damaged or incorrect items are not considered exchanges.
- Reporting Damage, Missing Parts or Defects
2.1 24 Hour Reporting Window
If your item arrives damaged, defective or missing parts, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
2.1.1 Claims Submitted After 24 Hours
If a claim is submitted after the 24 hour window:
• Additional evidence will be required to verify that the issue existed at the time of delivery
• Aironox may decline the claim if the evidence does not reasonably support that the damage occurred in transit
• Items showing signs of use, assembly, modification or mishandling cannot be approved as arrival defects
2.2 Required Evidence
To assess the claim, you must provide:
• Clear photos or videos of the defect or damage
• Photos of the outer packaging
• Photos of the inner packaging
• A photo of the shipping label
• Evidence showing any missing components
2.3 Verification of Damage
- The product must be unused
• Damage caused by attempted use, incorrect assembly, modification or improper handling cannot be accepted as arrival damage
• Claims made after 24 hours may be declined if the evidence cannot reasonably verify that the issue existed at the time of delivery
2.4 If Fault is Confirmed
- You may be asked to return the item using a standard tracked service
• Once inspected and confirmed faulty, your postage cost will be reimbursed and a replacement or refund will be issued
• Faulty item returns do not incur restocking fees
- How to Return Your Order
3.1 Prepare Your Return
- The item must be unused, in original packaging and securely protected for transit.
• Items damaged due to inadequate packaging may be rejected.
3.2 Return Steps
- Email help@aironox.com with your order number, reason for return and all required evidence.
Subject line: Return Request: [Order Number] - Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide the correct return address closest to you.
- Prepare your parcel.
Include a note inside the package with your full name and order number so we can identify your return.
Returns without identification may experience delays. - Ship the item using a tracked courier service.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed faulty. - Email your tracking number or proof of postage to help@aironox.com.
- Refunds
- Refunds are processed once your return arrives and passes inspection.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Refunds typically appear within2 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
• For non faulty returns, the30 percent restocking fee and any original shipping charges will be deducted.
• Refunds cannot be issued while the parcel is still in transit back to us.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at help@aironox.com.
- Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- If a customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot guarantee the parcel can be recovered.
• If the parcel cannot be retrieved, a refund or replacement may not be possible.
• If the address was correct and the parcel is returned to us by the carrier, we will reship or refund it once processed.
- Additional Information
- Aironox ships using a DDP service, so customers should not be charged customs or import fees after checkout.
• Parcels returned without approval will not be accepted.
• Claims may be declined if evidence suggests misuse, self inflicted damage or fraud.
